Dear guests and friends of the hotel,
since 1 January 2023, hotel operations will pause for about four years. The restaurant and the Bierstüberl will also be closed during this time.

A home constructed over 200 years ago, its walls having witnessed the history of its noble guests, and the tradition-steeped attention to details worthy of the memory of Her Majesty – this is the Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth today.
The latest in internet, wi-fi, and audiovisual technology has been successfully installed in the hotel, without disturbing the building’s historicity and traditional atmosphere. Since 1856 the “Terraced Inn” has enjoyed tremendous popularity. It was really thanks to the railway, an investment from generations ago, that the hotel has been and continues to be easily accessible to everyone.
